At Ofoq LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital services, including website design, development, and marketing. We aim to ensure that every client is satisfied with the work delivered.
Refund Eligibility
As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds for completed and delivered services. However, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit in the following cases:
If a project is canceled before any substantial work has started.
If both parties agree that the service was not delivered as agreed in writing.
If technical issues on our side prevent us from delivering the service.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery or project milestone.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after the service has started.
Failure to provide necessary information or feedback causing project delays.
If the scope of work was completed as agreed.
