Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ofoq LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital services, including website design, development, and marketing. We aim to ensure that every client is satisfied with the work delivered.

Refund Eligibility

As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds for completed and delivered services. However, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit in the following cases:

  • If a project is canceled before any substantial work has started.

  • If both parties agree that the service was not delivered as agreed in writing.

  • If technical issues on our side prevent us from delivering the service.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery or project milestone.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the service has started.

  • Failure to provide necessary information or feedback causing project delays.

  • If the scope of work was completed as agreed.
